1. DESIGN & USAGE

2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The steps to use the FAST4.1 hand blender are:

1. Insert the handle into the cup holder, then press the blending speed button.
2. Use blending mode (I) to blend soft foods (onions, apples, potatoes…) or for the first blending step before switching to high speed.
3. With blending mode (I), you can adjust the speed by turning the speed control knob.
4. Blending mode (II) is the highest speed mode used to blend hard/firm foods (fully cooked meat, eggs, carrots…) or to blend mixtures.

3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Wash all parts that come into contact with food before first use and after each use.
• If the blade is stuck or covered with food after use, it can be cleaned while still attached to the motor by soaking it in warm water with a gentle cleaning solution and running the motor for a short period of time.
• Remove the plug and detach the blade assembly from the motor.
• Clean the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth.
• Some foods, such as carrots, can stain plastic. Scrubbing with a piece of cloth dipped in vegetable oil can help remove the stains.
• All other parts (blades, cups, etc.) can be washed with water. The cup can be washed in a dishwasher.
• Store the product in a safe place out of reach of children before use.
