2. Advantages of double pumping
• Time-saving: Double pumping can reduce the time spent expressing breastmilk by 50%.
• Increases milk output: Double pumping is more efficient at generating milk output. Compared to single pumping, double pumping results more milk volume being pumped. In addition, because double pumping is more efficient, it leads to better-drained breasts. Good breast drainage is important for maintaining and increasing milk supply – the more milk you pump, the more milk will be produced, as part of the breastfeeding laws of demand and supply.
• Lots of high energy milk: Using a double pump has been shown to stimulate an additional let down reflex within the breast, this means that you can express more milk in just one pumping session. Because more milk is being removed from the breast this means that the expressed milk has a higher fat content than what would be pumped in a single pumping session, this higher fat milk also has a higher energy content, which is great to boost weight gain in your baby.

4. How to clean
- Disassemble the breast pump completely.
- Wash all parts (except main unit, adapter, silicone tube, carrying bag) in hot water with mild detergent liquid and rinse them thoroughly.
- Sterilize the parts (except main unit, adapter, silicone tube, carrying bag) by putting them in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes or by using a sterilizer. Plastic parts may be damaged or deformed if exposed to high temperatures for a long time.
- Dry all parts and keep them in a cool and dry place.
