2. HOW TO USE
- Start with low heat Start with low heat and if you need more heat, switch to the high heat setting.
- Try different positions Place the massage pads in different positions on the breast.
- Apply compression Press down on the massage pads to apply compression on the breast.
Notes:
- For safety, the massage pads will automatically turn off after 30 mins.
- To avoid burns, do not use heat for more than 10 mins. Keep moving the pad position on the breast to avoid a single area from overheating. Regardless of the heat setting or time, check the skin regularly to prevent burns. If the pads are too hot for your skin, stop using them immediately

- When using, please keep moving the massage and heating position of this product to avoid excessive massage and overheating, which may cause discomfort.
- When using this product, please pay attention to check whether the skin surface is overheated to avoid scalding. If this product overheats during use, please stop using it immediately.
